Extended Reality (XR)—the umbrella term encompassing Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR)—has transformed organizational training by enabling immersive, interactive, and context-rich learning experiences. As workplaces become increasingly digital, globally distributed, and technologically adaptive, organizations seek innovative methods to enhance employee skills, reduce training costs, simulate high-risk environments, and improve knowledge retention. This research article develops a comprehensive theoretical and conceptual model for XR-enabled organizational training, exploring applications across manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, logistics, military, retail, and corporate skill development. The findings indicate that XR enhances learning effectiveness by improving engagement, experiential learning, decision-making, and behavioral change. The paper concludes with future research directions, challenges, and implications for digital transformation in workplace learning systems.
