The rapid advancement of robotics and automation technologies is redefining workforce dynamics across sectors. Robotics now plays a vital role in reshaping job structures, workforce skills, organizational processes, and global labor markets. This research article examines how robotics affects employment, productivity, job transformation, skill requirements, organizational models, and socio-economic outcomes. Drawing upon socio-technical systems theory, automation economics, and human–robot collaboration frameworks, the study develops a conceptual model illustrating the interplay between robotics, human labor, and organizational adaptation. The findings highlight that robotics does not simply replace workers but restructures tasks, creating new hybrid job categories, enhancing productivity, and shifting workforce strategies. Ethical, economic, and policy implications are discussed to provide a comprehensive understanding of robotics-driven workforce transformation.
